The need for protecting production from extreme weather conditions, in combination with upper-quality products which can be produced in a controlled environment, as is the environment in a greenhouse, has led "Loukisas Farms" to the construction of modern greenhouse units.
The ability to exactly control all the parameters of operation of the greenhouse units of the enterprise (climate, irrigation, hydroponics) is assured by the ultra-modern electro-mechanical equipment. The system consists of computers which control the climate conditions, the meteorological station as well as a system which controls the nutritional solutions. It is connected to a computer unit via a special programme for the collection and processing of all the data and for running remote operational control.
